Our Favorite Plant-Based Brunch Recipes

In the spirit of Friday I wanted to round up some of my favorite vegan brunch recipes from around the web. Cinnamon rolls and mimosas included!


Brunch is most definitely my favorite meal.  Which for the longest time, as a vegan, was pretty tough.  But with the growing of bomb-diggity vegan blogs you can bring brunch right to your kitchen.   So, let’s move on to the good stuff.   Gluten Free Vegan Cinnamon Rolls   I don't need to say more here.  Just make these, you won't regret it!

Chia, Acai and Strawberry Parfait  This protein packed and fruity combo is perfection.

Sweet Potato Chocolate Chip Scones WOW this combo seemed kinda odd at first, but the mild flavor of the sweet potato pairs well with the cocoa sweetness.

Breakfast Spring Rolls  Who ever thought to put fruit in spring roll wrappers was a genius!  A peanut butter cocoa dipping sauce is clutch.

Gluten Free Sugar Coated Donuts I am most definitely a fan of donuts so being able to make some gluten free goodies at home is dynamite.

Almond Croissant These speak for themselves, make them STAT!

Chickpea Frittata with Leaks, Onions and Potatoes Coming in on the savory side, this one is perfect to round out your brunch menu.

Pomegranate Kombucha Mimosas Um yay, kombucha mimosas!  Two of my favorite things.

Okay, now I want to serious make the most epic brunch spread ever.  And devour it all with my hubby.  That might just have to happen on Sunday!
